What is My Life Concept?
My Life Concept is a programme designed to guide individuals as they progress through new phases of their lives. It has been developed to support the building of self-confidence through knowledge and self-compassion.
Hi, I’m Kelley. I have been extremely passionate about health for as long as I can remember. I have studied, trained, read, listened and watched all things health related for all my life.
I have over 20 years experience in the fitness and health industry and I want to share the knowledge and skills I have developed over the years.
Why did I develop My Life Concept?
I feel that we are all inundated with information around health and it can get so complicated and frustrating. It really does not have to be though.
I want to break it all down for you and give you the answers you need to lead a healthy, well balanced lifestyle that is simple, easy to follow and 100% made for you.
Knowledge is power and I want YOU to be the one that is in control.
So how does it work?
The programme consists of 8 weeks in total for 249 euro
Step 1: We start with your online consultation where we will discuss YOU, your lifestyle, your goals, your worries and concerns. You can book your online consultation here.
Step 2: You will be added to a private Facebook page. The page will be a place where I will show you how to implement all your new knowledge into your day to day life. I will do live Q&As, live videos that will include how to shop, how to read labels, how to batch cook, how to plan your meals and we will help and support one another over the course of the month.
Step 3: You will have weekly group consultations where we can discuss how everyone is getting on with the programme and share any struggles or accomplishments for the week.
Step 4: Three weekly online members-only fitness classes will be available for you to take part in.
Step 5: I will teach you how to track your food, mood, energy and sleep and why it’s so important for your health and your progress.
Step 6: You will learn how to use the MyFitnessPal app properly (if that’s what you want to do),
Step 7: You will learn about calories and what calories are optimal for you and your health.
Step 8: You will learn how to make your calories work for you, around your training, your cycle and your weekends.
